Entrepreneur Mondays - HANNAH – the website, the biannual print + the community: is an unapologetic

There is no secret that the fashion industry has struggled with model diversity on the runways and on magazine covers. These past year has been a huge shift in the diversity on runways and we seen numerous fashion campaigns but is race diversity just a temporary trend in the fashion world? Instead we focus on finding fashion entrepreneurs thats race diversity is not just a trend. The magazine HANNAH is a bi-annual magazine print and a community.

The hannahmag.com website is a beautiful, stylish and fashion forward celebration of black women all across the board. Fashion, beauty, art and other trending topics are featured on the website. The minimalistic yet rich content on the website is to say the least intriguing and eye-catching.

In the editor's letter the editor-in-chief Qimman Saafir expresses her journey to what inspired her to start the publication. She mentions how when she was younger felt misrepresented and misunderstood. She also touches upon the topic on how when she always felt that there was no magazines or publications that spoke to her, hence the beginning of HANNAH the magazine.

" We are so beautiful varied. We fall on both extremes of every spectrum. It's incredible and perfect. And attributers we do share? We give Life. We rise in spite of. We shine unapologetically. HANNAH.

A true entrepreneur move, finding an empty space in a big industry and filling the empty space with beautiful ideas and creation.
